La spiata dello spione

Ho acquistato una nuova casa.mi fa piacere farvelo sapere,
No non è un monolocale...no neppure un bivano con doppio servizio nono... non è un quadrivani in centro con attico e superattico nocoi risparmi ho acquistato un villino un piccolo villino di quattrocento metri quadrati coperti in un parco di 4 acri a boscosu qual ramo del lago di Como dove si sono cimentati amori e odi di tutti i tempima dove ho festeggiato il mio compleanno.Sono stato fortunato, non per il prezzo che poco mi interessaper provvista non bado a spese..ma perché è soltanto a quindici minutisoltanto quindici minuti di elicottero da arcore.......così risparmio tempo, fatica e maldischiena.
